Being a Man follows an ordinary man crushed under the silent expectations society places on masculinity. Through his sleepless nights, solitary walks, and the way he watches his son play, the film explores the inner world of a man collapsing unseen. Carried by an intimate voice-over, this short film questions the quiet violence of masculine injunctions: be strong, stay silent, keep moving forward. Always. Until suffocation.
